Brighten up your holiday season with a visit to the Fairgrounds Festival of Lights

The Festival of Lights returned to the Hamburg Fairgrounds Nov. 24, ushering in the holiday season with its dazzling light displays and immersive experience for people of all ages.

The festival runs on weekends and select additional dates through Dec. 30. In addition to the drive-thru option, there is also a "full experience" that includes the chance to park the car and walk around 42nd Street. Family-friendly attractions include a visit with Santa, a Christmas Express Train Ride, Santa's Barnyard, a light show synchronized to music, a European-style outdoor market and more.

Gates are open from 5-9 p.m. each night, and admission is per carload. Tickets are available online only.
